– Permacolour Concrete Sealer Thinners is used to thin down the first
coat of some of Permacolour’s Solvent Sealers, including Concrete Sealer,
Classic Seal 1000, Endura Seal
– Thinning the first coat of Sealer is important to allow the product to better
absorb/penetrate into the concrete surface. Thin down by 10-15%
