Permacolour Cemcote is a high tech cement based polymer coating that is designed to provide a tough economical decorative surface onto new or existing concrete floors, drives, patios etc. It can be applied both internally and externally. Permacolour Cemcote will enhance drab or worn out surfaces and produce a slip resistance coating which sets rock hard and is ultra-violet stable.
